What you share
When you submit our welcome form, Homes by Coleman (Coleman Williams, eXp Realty) collects your name, email, phone number, real estate interests, and the contact permissions you select. We also keep the submission time, page address, consent wording and version, and browser information to document your request. A temporary hashed network identifier helps limit spam.
How it is used
We use your details to respond to your request and, only for the channels you choose, send real estate information and marketing updates. Submitting the form does not automatically authorize marketing by phone or text. We do not sell your information. Hosting and service providers process it to operate this site, and authorized brokerage personnel may assist with your request. Mobile opt-in information and consent are not shared with third parties for their own marketing.
Your choices
You can browse without submitting the form or consenting to marketing. Email Coleman.williams@exprealty.com or call 317.771.3794 to request access, correction, deletion, or to withdraw permission. For text messages, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Marketing emails will provide an unsubscribe option.
Storage and security
Submissions are stored in the website’s database with access restricted to the site owner. We retain them as needed for your request, the business relationship, and applicable recordkeeping obligations. The site uses session storage to remember when you close the welcome popup; it does not store your form details there. No transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
